Staff Picks: Reena's Easy Enchiladas

Welcome to the first post of our new Staff Picks segment! It's your chance to get to know us a bit better and to see what kinds of recipes we've been cooking up.
At the Daiya office we've always got food on the brain: we love sharing cooking tips, new restaurants to try, and let's not forget all the delicious recipes we think of. Here's our chance to share our ideas with you too!
Meet Reena, from our R&D team, who has graciously volunteered to be in our first staff picks post.
This month, Reena has chosen a recipe that she thinks you should try at home. Her recipe, which can be found here, is quick and easy, but also incredibly tasty. She made these at the office and we can attest that they didn't last long in our kitchen.
Reena's Enchiladas are made with the Daiya Jalapeno Garlic Havarti Style wedge, all three types of Daiya shreds, refried beans, onions, and red peppers. So simple yet so delish!
