Daiya is also available for foodservice applications.  Daiya is currently available in Mozzarella Style, perfect for pizza, nachos, lasagna and a Cheddar Style, perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, Mexican food among many other options.  Daiya is used the same way you would use dairy based cheese in baking and in recipes. 

Food Service sizes are available in both Cheddar and Mozza in 5lb shreds foodservice bags, 5 and 40 lb blocks.

Daiya products are OU Kosher certified.
