Easiest (& BEST) Vegan Mac & Cheese

Ingredients: 
2 C Uncooked Pasta
1 C Daiya Cheddar Shreds
1/2 C Vegan Sour Cream
1/2 C No-Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Dash of Sriracha (or favorite hot sauce)
Instructions: 

Cook your pasta to your liking.

Heat your broth and sour cream in a small pot over medium heat. Whisk together until mixed.

Add your Daiya Cheddar Shreds, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Whisk together until your shreds are completely melted.

Strain the water from your pasta and put back on the stove.

Add your cheese sauce, mix together and heat for approximately 30 seconds.

Serve & enjoy!
